DGA winner

Danny Boyle won Best Director from the Director's Guild of America last night for Slumdog Millionaire. Curiously, Tony Scott's direction of Man on Fire or Domino wasn't even nominated in their respective years. Maybe Scott needs to make a bigscreen version of "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?". The fifth grader could get their eyes burned out if they happen to lose. Or they get dumped in a big vat of feces. There could be a lesson about how love conquers all - especially when you're a fifth grader or a creepy expression-less stalker obsessed with a vicious and violent gang leader's girl. Gus Van Sant, Christopher Nolan (screwed), Ron Howard, and David Fincher (super-screwed) were the other nominees.
