A good list. Off He Goes is my favorite off of that one - an ode to the conflicted, introspective soul. Yellow Ledbetter is my least favorite - too gimmicky.
Some others greats (off the top of my head): Nothingman, Dissident, Indifference.
Doc, never knew you were a Pearl Jam fan. I'll toss I Am Mine and Long Road into the hat. Oh, and I'm pretty sure they do the best version ever of Rockin' In the Free World.
Love I am Mine and though I'm a purist, since they acknowledge Neil Young as an influence, I can acknowledge that Eddie's voice is incredible when he sings Rockin' in the Free World.
I put Ledbetter on the list as a last second replacement for Better Man. Better Man's first half is too repetitive, but it's tough to beat the second half. I think I went too far out of my way not to favor one album.
Dentite- I didn't mean to piss on U2 too much. The only hard copy albums I've bought since the birth of Itunes are Springsteeen's The Rising and All That You Can't Leave Behind.
I have a hard time deciding a top 5. Also, I have very ridiculous PJ songs that I love for specific reasons. Eddie and Neil at the '93 MTV Awards hasn't wavered as one of my favorite performances EVER.
