There's just so much there. Awkward group raps, Vince Vaughn(!), Jeff Bridges, Lil' Wayne (?), Jamie Foxx doing Ray Charles and so much more.

And I thought Crash would be the worst thing Paul Haggis would ever direct. I think we have a winner for the most awkward moment of the decade (and we're only 6 weeks in - 514 to go). The first one had the distinctive voices of Cindy Lauper, Huey Lewis, Springsteen, Dylan, Stevie Wonder, Willie Nelson, Steve Perry, and of course, MJ. This one, not really, except maybe Kanye. Everything in pop music has been overproduced into uniformity.
Look, congratulations to all involved for contributing your time toward a noble cause and hopefully this will raise awareness and money for Haiti. I went the Red Cross route, but they're probably going to reach a bunch of people so young that they may not have donated before. So "A" for effort.

From the soloist group in that video, I'd give props to Pink, Celine Dion, and Josh Groban for having distinct voices and acts. Seeing Vaughn is so unintentionally funny I laugh every time.
By the way, nothing in the theater + early VDay outing = saw Valentines Day = worse than I thought = D+.
Closing my eyes, I can't tell the difference between Pink and Celine. And I don't know who Groban is. I think you made that name up.
Hope to have the weekend preview column up again next Thursday - I'm feeling inspired by Shutter Island.
As for Ke$ha and the dollar sign, let me use a mentality that she can understand and semi-quote her. $he $tarted it, $o there.
lawyer, i had the same dilemma. i was going to give it a C- on (*spoiler alert) the gay angle, which could be understood as a hilarious send-up of "all the best ones are taken." that is how i chose to interpret it.

The saddest thing about the new WATW is that they actually think they're important people offering up a piece of art that makes a difference.
It annoys me to no end when millionares offer up self righteous crap like this.
Beyond that I think I threw up a little when Vince Vaughn came into view. That jump the shark move is the opposite of money.
