    The bureaucracy stuff in the early part of the film drove me nuts, and it felt heavy-handed and one-dimensional standing next to Inglourious Basterds, Public Enemies, Up, and Hurt Locker last summer. But I've been on a crap streak the last couple months so D9 is looking better all the time.
